Dr Katie Reily is the principal osteopath and founder at Wellness Osteo. Katie enjoys treating patients from all backgrounds and has a particular interest in womens' health and spinal conditions.

Having previously worked in various sports medicine clinics within Melbourne she enjoys incorporating evidence-based practice and rehabilitation protocols into her treatment plans.

 

Katie is a highly skilled clinician, using her wealth of experience and a diverse range of techniques to tailor each treatment to the individual patient. Before becoming an osteopath, Katie worked as a Myotherapist for six years, and she continues to incorporate these practical techniques into her osteopathic treatments.

 

She graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). She is also a sessional lecturer at the Myotherapy Department of Endeavour College. Katie is a registered member of Osteopathy Australia, the Osteopathic Board of Australia (OBA) and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

 

Dr Amelia Aldcroft

Amelia is a bright and enthusiastic osteopath with a deep passion for effectively helping others manage pain and dysfunction. In addition to osteopathic consultations Amelia also offers clinical pilates sessions in both a 1:1 and group format, in addition to the clinical classes Amelia also takes some of our Mums and Bubs group sessions.

Amelia is a bright and enthusiastic osteopath with a deep passion for effectively helping others manage pain and dysfunction. Her previous background in nursing fostered a love for anatomy and physiology, making her a natural fit for osteopathy’s teachings.

Amelia’s active involvement as a sports trainer and massage therapist for St Kilda FC’s AFL and AFLW teams has been an invaluable experience in allowing her to work closely with high-performance athletes and witness the relationship between sports injuries and osteopathic care.

Amelia enjoys treating a wide variety of upper and lower limb tendon injuries, hip and shoulder pain, as well as ergonomic/postural-related discomfort. Embracing a patient-centered approach, Amelia tailors each treatment to meet individual needs, utilizing a variety of techniques, including dry needling, to achieve optimal outcomes.
